ISSUE: Lack of Efficiency Ryder owns hundreds of thousands of trucks, tractors and trailers that ship B2B and B2C throughout North America and they also own the insurance company that protects them. The old way had a team of accountants that (every five years) would go through all of the metadata related to each asset (mileage, claims, etc) and then recalculate a new insurance rate (tediously) with spreadsheets.
SOLUTION: A New Intranet Application We wrote a web app to have the terminal managers at both the origin and destination terminals enter a "snapshot" of each asset's metadata through Ryder's corporate intranet. Now, insurance rates can be calculated in real-time. ROI was realized in a variety of ways including the ability to maintain up-to-date rates as well as time saved manually recalculating rates every five years.

ISSUE: Annual Event Sales and Attendance John Deere’s Drive Green annual event provides visitors an opportunity to talk to tractor and implement experts as well as test drive John Deere and competitive equipment, to ensure that they purchase appropriate equipment. Visitors also receive special discounts toward John Deere equipment, a chance to win a tractor/loader/mower package, and monthly cash vouchers.
SOLUTION: Redesign Multi-Faceted Dealer Kit We redesigned every element of the kit—which includes competitive comparison signs, planning guide, product walk around guides, custom-made USB flash drive, instructor video, customer testimonials, cardboard merchandise sheet, registration box, lot banners, equipment banners, giveaway banner, hang tags, directional signs, and coupons.
ISSUE: Need In-Game, Broadcast Quality Graphics Fortuna is the oldest match betting company in Czech Republic. Starting in 2018, they became the newest title sponsor of the top tier soccer league in Czech Republic. Our strategic partner, Cinesco, was awarded the contract to design and animate the in-game graphics for use on cable television partner O2's live TV broadcast of games.
SOLUTION: Create Visual and Motion Design Strategy Game statistics, player statistics and other visual design elements were created using Adobe Illustrator and animated using Adobe After Effects. Brand Gear provided animation assistance using AE.

ISSUE: Training ADP is the largest human resources services company in the world so they have applications deployed in a variety of languages. How do they give access to those applications for training purposes without impacting production databases and moreover, how can those applications function in an offline setting where databases are not accessible?
SOLUTION: Wrap All External App lication Calls We were hired to make online applications function in an offline setting. We were able to intercept any application calls to external sources (such as HREF and AJAX calls) by identifying all points of entry and exit, wrapping the code so the offline applications would not attempt calls to any external systems. We recreated databases using JSON to give the impression of a dynamic application.
ISSUE: Outdated Brand Visual Identity and Tagline Armed Forces Insurance is the insurance company of choice for current and retired members of the uniformed services, their children, and Department of Defense civilians. Their members have unique insurance needs, and they offer a level of service that is unequaled in the industry.
SOLUTION: Update Brand Visual Identity and Tagline We developed a distinctive logo and tagline reflective of and complementing their rich history and single mission: to protect the property of those who protect our nation, providing premium quality, competitively priced property and casualty insurance to military professionals throughout the Armed Forces.
